Recruitment process

1. Please respond to our four questions below by Sunday 13th November 2016 and email your detailed response to

  • If you had to describe yourself as a supermarket product, what would you be?
  • Why are you interested in working at OMGI and in asset management?
  • What brand do you admire that has digitally disrupted an industry (think Uber) and provide reasons why you have chosen.
  • Who is the most important person to you and why?

There is no need to send us a CV or a cover letter.

2. Selected candidates will then be contacted to complete a relevant test by email

3. The final stage of the recruitment process is a face to face interview with the relevant business area and a member of HR as well as meeting a member of the Management team.
