Appointing Craig Stevenson as Global Head of Investment Consultant Relationships

Old Mutual Global Investors announces that Craig Stevenson joined the business on 15 July 2015 as Global Head of Investment Consultant Relationships.

This appointment demonstrates Old Mutual Global Investors’ intent to broaden and diversify its client base within the institutional sector by building strong business relationships with Investment Consultants globally.

Craig is joining Old Mutual Global Investors after 8 years at Towers Watson, where he was a Senior Investment Consultant and led Equity Hedge Fund research for them. Prior to joining Towers Watson Craig’s experience included time with bfinance where he was a Senior Associate, and at Standard & Poor’s where he was Associate Director, Pension Services and 6 years at Stamford Associates (1998-2004) where Craig was Principal, Absolute Return Strategies.

Since launch in 2012, Old Mutual Global Investors has built a successful UK retail business, where it continues to feature in the top 10 of the UK Retail Sales Tables of the Pridham Report, and is also enhancing the global financial institution strategy under the leadership of Allan MacLeod, Head of International Distribution.

Over this time the Alternatives business has been growing substantially, from $860mm at the end of 2012 to $4.79 Billion at the end of June 2015.
